studio Re-branding efforts
Collaborated with Office of Student Involvement (OSI) Design Group and OSI Productions to re-brand the studio from OSI Podcasts to Black & Gold Studios, including the creation of new studio window clings and mic flags.
Studio Operation Highlights
Hosted radio industry workshop, featuring the cast of XL 106.7's "Johnny's House."
Hosted first in-studio workshop, featuring UCF College of Arts and Humanities professor and renowned audio technician, Dr. Thomas Harrison.
Studio Usage and Social Media Analytics
Greatly increased the amount of studio users and hours recorded in the first year as acting Studio Director (January '17-November '17).
Reached a record number of hours recorded and users per week in November 2017 at 140 and 40, respectively. This was the first time in studio history that hours recorded had been over 100.
Increased Twitter followers from 67 (in February 2017) to 281 (March 2018) and Facebook followers from 210 to 287.
Social Media Efforts
Increased social media engagement and improved overall content quality (chart below is reflective of Twitter from May 2017-April 2018: @osistudios).
Created new video series campaign entitled "Off the Record(ing)," where each episode featured a studio user and their collective experience in the studio. See videos for the first two episodes.
